The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries have a great way to encourage you to read this holiday season and new year!
Starting December 15 and running through January 31, 2024, readers in the Valley can participate in the 2023-24 Winter Reading Challenge for a chance to win $25 and $100 gift cards and more!
This winter and spring, the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries are pleased to present a series of programs in partnership with our friends from the Pastoral Institute. Each program is a casual, low-pressure get-together to talk about issues of mental health and mental wellness and is led by a Pastoral Institute Counselor.
It’s time to tell us your story… before it’s too late!
StoryCorps, the national nonprofit organization dedicated to recording, preserving, and sharing the stories of people from all backgrounds and beliefs, has returned to Columbus and the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries!
February is Black History Month and we’re celebrating by showcasing our Black Writers Collection, suggested reading lists, and online research resources that highlights the accomplishments and contributions of African-Americans.
Filmgoers in the Chattahoochee Valley will unite with audiences in over 500 cities spanning six continents to view and judge the work of the next generation of filmmakers from around the world when the 25th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival screens at the Columbus Public Library.
