Gently used books for all ages and interests can be found in the Friends of Libraries Bookstore. Most titles under $5. Shop with us and know you’re making a difference in your community - all proceeds benefit programming at the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries. The Friends of LIbraries are a component unit of the Muscogee County Library Foundation.
The Friends of Libraries Bookstore is located inside the Columbus Public Library (3000 Macon Road, Columbus, GA).
If you can easily carry in your donation to the store during opening hours, please bring them in. If not, contact us at 706-243-2699 to schedule a delivery time.
The following donations are not accepted:
§ Textbooks
§ Encyclopedias, Journals, Periodicals (National Geographic)
§ Readers Digest
§ Condensed books except for Large Print which are accepted
§ Law books
§ Old software manuals
