The NEA Big Read returns to Columbus this winter as the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries and the Carson McCullers Center for Writers and Musicians at Columbus State University join forces to celebrate the timelessness of the theme "Where We Live" as seen in some of our country’s greatest literary works from today and yesterday. Inspiring this journey will be our NEA Big Read book, Tayari Jones' "Silver Sparrow," her best-selling story of family secrets in 1980's Atlanta.
