The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries are one of the most cultural and educational resources in our region, the one public institution serving people of all ages and backgrounds by providing experiences that inspire, inform, and entertain. Library staff members encourage the development of literacy at every age, support learning as a lifelong activity and believe it is their role to help create an educated community.
There are many ways to support your library, but for many, making the Muscogee County Library Foundation Endowment Fund at the Community Foundation of the Chattahoochee Valley a beneficiary of their estate is the most practical and effective way. A planned gift clearly demonstrates how much you value the library, and it sets a lasting example for other philanthropic-minded individuals throughout Muscogee County and beyond.
The Library Foundation is a component fund of the Community Foundation of the Chattahoochee Valley and accepts a variety of planned gifts including:
- Bequests through Wills or Trust
- Charitable Gift Annuity
- Charitable Remainder Trust
- Retirement Plan Assets
- Life Insurance Donation
Become a member of the Muscogee Count Library Foundation’s Legacy Society by informing the Foundation of your intention to make a panned gift. Members of the Legacy Society are honored for their forethought and generosity in helping ensure quality library programs and services for future generations. Sharing your plans helps the Library Foundation honor your wishes, especially when you are designating your gift to be used for a specific program or area of the library.
