Nina Simon has worn many hats: NASA engineer, slam poet, museum director, global nonprofit founder, and more, but mystery writer was never in her plans. That all changed when her hard-driving businesswoman mom got hit by a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Nina quit her CEO job to care for her. While she was glad to be there for her, it was a stressful and dark time. They needed something to talk about that wasn’t cancer. So, they turned to a lifelong shared love: murder mysteries.
