GoPro Hero Action Camera


The GoPro kit contains a GoPro Hero camera, as well as a flex tripod, selfie stick, clip mount, chest mount, floating mount (GoPros are waterproof to 131 ft. when enclosed in their case), Micro-SD Card, USB cable, and quick start guide. Simply just plug the camera directly into your computer to download and edit footage, using GoPro’s free software, or the video editing software of your choice.

Makey Makey

Makey Makey allows you to turn everyday objects into touchpads and combine them with the internet. It’s a simple Invention Kit for beginners and experts doing art, engineering, and everything in-between. Check out their website for ideas and more info to get started with your creations!

Squishy Circuits

Squishy circuits allow kids of all ages to create circuits and explore electronics using play dough. You make the conductive dough at home using a simple recipe (pre-packaged Play-Doh is nonconductive), and let your creativity run wild while learning about electronics and circuits.

Launchpads are pre-loaded tablets designed for children that circulate for two weeks. The Library has Launchpads geared for either 3-5 year-olds or 5-7 year-olds. Each Launchpad is loaded with 10 or more subject-specific apps. Subject areas include animals, languages, math, science, STEAM, story collections and more!
